Message	I agree with you on the molding idea for parts that arent available. It was easier with the part we did using the foam because you dont have to worry about stressing the fiberglass cuz its sitting on the mold--and then its a little easier to apply your choice of filler (bondo, etc) and even paint afterwards. I heard latex paint over the foam before you 'glass is supposed to aid in removing the mold
